My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were wonderful and clean with two separate beds, making it a comfortable stay. The service was extremely efficient, pleasant, and helpful, but there was an abrupt request to vacate the room late at night. The location was good for my purposes, although some aspects were not ideal. The dining experience was good overall, but not all cuisine options were enjoyed. The hotel facilities offered what was needed but had some limitations.
The hotel offered wonderful and clean rooms with 2 separate beds, around 9 pm. The service was not accepted and we were vigorously asked for 2200, even though we had a 4-year-old with us and were told to leave at 11 pm. The staff seemed underqualified with no experience in handling the situation. The location was good for my purposes. The dining options were mostly South Indian, which we couldn't enjoy, but the Colombian coffee was good. The facilities were average.
I found the hotel to be surprisingly convenient with a great location and friendly staff. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were impressive, but the dining options fell a bit short. The hotel offers good value for money overall.
